Better World Forever builds to the Passive House standard, the highest standard in the world for low energy, comfort, and health. Our homes are net-zero and use solar power and rainwater harvesting.
The co-op model makes housing affordable.
In In a housing co-op, members are residents and co-owners, actively shaping their community. There is no downpayment or closing costs; members only pay their share of the mortgage and monthly costs. If a member leaves, they are refunded their portion of the mortgage principal, giving them a nest egg for their next housing choice. No one is profiting, which keeps it permanently affordable.
